Kia Orana, we're Jean & Joel, mother and daughter duo.
Our mission is to get back to basics and not get so caught up in the political correctness saturating our society. We view our business as personal and pride ourselves on our integrity and contribution to the sustainability of the Cook Islands and its people through mentoring and support of new ventures. We also take every opportunity to promote the Cook Islands abroad and actively encourage you to visit our slice of paradise.
Jean has a background in communications, marketing, education and banking. She is frequently invited to speak of the benefits of moringa and is a staunch advocate for the dyslexic community in the Cook Islands, Jean continues to create original gifts and works of art for family and friends in her spare time.

Joel career as a chef office administration and IT . Her natural and unique talent to develop and create products not only adds to the brand, Joel continues to build the business legacy.
Joel operates the JEANI Australian base from Perth, Western Australia.

Shipping Costs
STUFF WE GET ASKED A LOTGet in Touch SHIPPING AND DELIVERY NZ delivery options are track and trace or overnight courier. Please allow five (5) business days for shipment, or up to seven (7) for rural deliveries. From 1 February 2018, all rural deliveries will attract a surcharge of $3.70.

International delivery options are standard air or international courier and varies from country to country. Not all destinations offer courier services so contact us by email if you're unsure.
All products purchased from Jeani are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge. We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered to the carrier.

ORDERS AND PRICING Jeani products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. We will process your order once we have received your payment in full. An e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of the order will be forwarded to you. The prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Prices are for internet orders only and are subject to change at any time without notification. We do not offer rain checks on out of stock items.
CANCELLATIONS AND BROKEN MERCHANDISECANCELLATION: To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to jeaniaroastore@gmail.com. If the order has not been shipped we will immediately cancel it with no penalty less any third party fees already charged. If the order has been shipped, unfortunately you will incur the cost of returning the goods.

BROKEN MERCHANDISE: All our products are carefully packaged and inspected for damage prior to shipping. If you receive products that were damaged during transit, please contact us via email to report the damage.
